About Me
Let me tell you a few things...
BIO
Instructor, security researcher, and developer. I spend a lot of time helping people understand how technology really works, and I try to use that to make a difference.
This repo collects some of my current and past projects. Hope it's helpful.
Udemy
Udemy Instructor
I'm an instructor on Udemy, where I teach technical courses on subjects like Kali Linux, Linux fundamentals, Vim, and material aimed at college students. I'm moving a large part of my future courses to YouTube so they're easier for more people to find and use. I'm also looking at working with other platforms, including Pluralsight, to reach different audiences.
I care about making the material clear and actually useful, that's what I'm focused on going forward.
YouTube
YouTuber
On YouTube I post tech reviews and tutorial videos, Linux, programming, ethical hacking, and whatever else I’m working on at the time.
I’m shifting my courses there as the main home and moving away from Udemy.
Developer
Open Source Developer on Github
I maintain several projects on GitHub, mostly tied to Linux, security, and development. That includes tools I actually use, material that supports the courses and videos I make, and experiments that aren't finished yet.
Open source is how I share the work instead of just talking about it, if something is useful, it should be available.
Kindle Author
Author on Amazon Kindle
I publish on Amazon Kindle and have a number of books there. Some are temporarily off the store while I revise them, I’d rather update the content than leave older versions sitting around.
The main writing I’m focused on now is a new set of practical non-fiction books: tutorials on Linux, Microsoft Azure, and Visual Studio Code.
Security Researcher
Freelance Website Penetration Tester
I’m a freelance web penetration tester. A lot of the work is testing larger sites on different platforms, finding vulnerabilities, and helping teams deal with them before they become a problem.
